My labs went into the sea and a seal came and watched them swim and play ,I think it thought they were seals,has they are black labs,and look like seals when wet.They used to do that with mine at the bay when we lived close to it. They want to entice the dogs to go in the water to chase them, because they’re not fast enough for a seal.
