My late husband and his loyal dog Oso died two days apart I had Oso cremated put his ashes with my husband I truly believe Oso died of a broken heart ? knowing his daddy wasn’t coming back.In the last 25 years I had to put down 4 dogs, when the time came, they all die in my arms, at home where they belong, we have a Vet that does house call for this occasions, best service ever! God bless you all who love dogs and cats.

Rene’ Martinez Thanks for sharing your experience of how end-of-life-care should be. Our beloved pets will look for us when they’re about to pass on; the least we can do is be there for them.My vet will do this , obviously charges extra for home visits . it’s good for your other pets to see the one that has died , let them go up to the body etc , so that they understand he’s not just disappeared .
