I’m not sure it is totally safe in the car – could distract her and cause an accident – be careful. It is adorable and I know they can be really smart.

I raised 3 of them. When we’d find one that fell out of their nest, we’d take it home and raise it. In the spring we’d release it to the outside. For a few weeks, the squirrel would come back every day and stay in at night to sleep – eventually.

We raised two baby squirrels when their mother was accidentally killed. They are so much fun and a joy to take care of! I use to love watching them run up and down the staircase in our house. When they were old enough to make it on their own we releas.

She’s absolutely precious and I love the bond you have. I’m sure it’s very rewarding, but I don’t particularly think you’re very smart driving the way you do with her.
