I am with you— my autistic son neeeeeeeds the socialization of school but my littlest son has an autoimmune disease, so I need him protected. Much love to you – we’re all in this together.My husband is an Army Officer and we are supposed to move this summer, so my 6th grade will not have a chance to tell all of her classmates goodbye. I understand, but I hope people start staying at their freaking house!

Check with his speech therapist…you might be able to arrange some Skype sessions for him. Same thing with occupational therapy should be possible. Ask for skills list they have been working on and his immediate goals. Hopefully you can maintain his skill set.
