15 trips across the pond with your help. We have seen amazing things, met amazing people and ate food that today I am dreaming about. Thank you for taking your page back , this is the Rick Steves I know and trust. This years plans are on hold.Thanks to you, my children and I stayed at Esther’s and had a magnificent view of the Eiger, Monch (sp), and the Jungfrau from our room’s window. I loved loved loved staying there.

Stay there for a few days after hiking down from Murren. With our bedroom window open at night, we could hear the waterfalls on the mountain at the other side of the valley. Then took cablecar down to Stechelberg then to Lauterbrunner.My mom, husband and I visited in 2016 after seeing one of your segments on it. We stayed at Esther’s Guesthouse, walked up to Murren and watched the people paragliding high above us. It was heaven, and I look forward to visiting again.
